There are now plenty of jobs that hire felons.

For different jobs, now felons are being bonded. They are doing tjs as a means to help felons get back on their feet. If anything comes up missing or something gets broken on purpose it will get replaced. To be bonded means to have insurance placed on a person. This also means that if someone intentionally breaks something or takes something they are on their way back to the fenced big house, yes, you guessed it back to prison.

This is a great opportunity for felons to get out of prison and start their life back to recover their freedom. Getting a good job when released makes one build their self-esteem. With a job the odds of going back to prison decrease significantly.

There are also government grants that help, some grants don’t have to be paid back.

Lots of jobs call for special equipment such as boots, gloves, overalls, helmets, whatever it is there is help for it just speak to your parole officer he/she will guide you. Parole can also give you vouchers for rent, food, clothing.

It’s all there available to help get you back into society. If there is anything I can do to help you don’t hesitate to ask.

  1. Hi Miriam, excellent article. For many people who have committed a crime and have had to serve their sentences in jail, reintegration into society is one of the greatest challenges they face. As you argue in your article, it is difficult to find a job that allows them to support themselves and avoid the risk of committing other crimes. It is a situation that often locks the former inmate in a vicious circle from which it is difficult to get out and pushes him to reconnect with the world from which he is trying to get out. I hope you can reach many through this site; surely, you will be adding a bit to improve this world in which we live.

  2. Haha thanks for the article my guy! I think it’s great that you wrote this, as there are tons of ex-felons that are doomed, as it’s very hard for them to find work. I don’t think that should be the case.. just cuz you’re an ex felon doesn’t mean that, once you’re let out, you shouldn’t be able to live your life.

    • When you are labeled a felon that is what society knows. It was much harder a while back to find work. Today the different types that hire felons. Employers  get insured to hire felons, ex-felons. They are being bonded so if things   go right no one loses except the felon, who will probably end up in prison again.

Once a person gets a good job they will usually keep it for years. Unless they can find a way to become financially independent. This where I want to help.

      Thank you for your comment.

      Best wishes,

  3. Thank you for sharing this post about the top 5 highest paid jobs. It is always interesting to read on this topic and I think this helps all people around the world. It is good to know what jobs we should focus on and what to learn without it definitely paying off. Best regards.

    • The way things are in the world today. I believe that if we learn online marketing this would be the best way to earn financial independence. no matter where you come from, who you are, or how old you are. I think it is so important to learn new ways to work from home or anywhere in the world. If people have spent years in prison. When they are released they have no idea of the power of the internet much less building a website. All of the jobs here are owned by someone, they began like everyone has to begin. People like you and me have made them wealthy.

      Thank you for commenting,

  4. Hey there!.. This is highly informative and well detailed.  Great job ideas! It is very really difficult for these so Ex felons to get Jobs because Many employers won’t hire felons, believing they are dishonest and likely to commit a crime on the job. So starting an online business like blogging or affiliate marketing is the bes advice IMO

    • Hi Rorodote, it is very hard for felons to be a decent job. But now the employers are getting paid to hire felons and ex-felons and bonding them in case anything may go wrong they will be paid for any losses the ma encounter due to the ex-felon, and the ex-felon will be back in custody if it is something serious that deems imprisonment. Thank you for your comment and feel free to share this website with others that may need some help.

      Thank you

  5. Wow, this article was really timely, I must say because I have a friend who is an ex-felon and job opportunities have been a major problem for him ever since and this makes him depressed all the time, I just shared this with him now and I know that when he gets to see it he’ll definitely love it

    • I’m glad you liked it. If you or your friend have any questions feel free to ask. I will get back to you promptly. Thank you for sharing this.

  6. My Cuzzo (cousin, but that’s what I call him) is going to love me for sending him this. He just got out of the hole and is looking for some employment that will actually give him a decent wage and this seems like an article where he could find some lucrative positions. Thank you so much for this and for being so thorough on each of the epxlinations

    • Great i am pleased that I could help. I’m here to help everyone I can. If I make a difference in one person’s life, then I know I’m not just wasting my time.

      Thank you,

  7. Hello there! I think your article has a lot of value to it. Ex-felons can feel very detached from society after having to go through the time that is required of them. With that background, even if they had the will to change their habits, it is still very difficult for society to accept them back in. Jobs will be extremely difficult to find but this article helps with that. These days, I feel like most people seek after white collar jobs, but the 5 jobs you listed are just as needed in today’s society. Thanks for writing this post!

    • Thanks, Mike

I feel the same way. It is hard, when people are released from prison, particularly if they have done a long period. They come out with the mindset that they will seek employment assistance usually at a temp services in the surrounding area, the temp service are quick to send them to work as a forklift operator, I’m not sure but that may ask for í, they may be sent to oilfields, packing sheds, they have some of these temp services in the surrounding areas. Staff will tell the employee, that the job will last 2 weeks just testing people on their performance,  attitude, attendance, and the ability to work on their own. After the two weeks, a person can get hired full time. although this may not always be the case. Thank you for your comment.

      Best wishes always,

  8. Hi , it is very hard for felons to do a decent job. But now the employers are getting paid to hire felons and ex-felons and bonding them in case anything may go wrong, who will be blamed?

Thank you for sharing this post about the top 5 highest paid jobs. It is always interesting to read on this topic and I think this helps all people around the world. It is good to know what jobs we should focus on and what to learn without it definitely paying

    • OnceI Kwame,

My mission is to help as many people as I can. I’m posting these top 5 jobs just in case anyone likes hard labor. What I want for everyone, not just felons or ex-felons for everyone to learn how to how to create their online business/es work for themselves.  Stop growing someone else empire and learn to build their empire. If you know anyone who could benefit from this website, you could feel free to share it and I would appreciate it.

      Thank you for your comment,

  9. Well, this is a surprising list since I didn’t know that there is a lot of chance for ex-offenders to find work after serving their sentences. I guess the most common would be for them on carpentry? I think they can capitalize on their physique and stamina. And I think the initial payment is not that bad too. It is nice that they can be welders too. I can see a high demand for such a workforce right now so I think that is a great idea to start to learn the profession.

  10. This is a terrific new site, that I am sure will be really appreciated and valued by those seeking to make a new start in life after a period of time in jail. Do you have any advice on specific employers who are more inclined to support ex felons? Are there any NGOs (Non Governmental Organisations) that can also provide that kind of support. Are there any specific training courses you can recommend to ex felons looking to make a fresh start? What about advice regarding Bank or Community Credits to help ex felons to buy tools of the trade? I wish you every success with this site, as it has the potential to provide an important contribution to those looking to restart their lives in a positive way. Best Regards, Trevor

    • Thank you, Trevor,
It makes me feel proud when i can help people. When I know that i will make a dfference in someones life.i believe in giving people who have been covicted of a crime, a chance to regaintheir place in society. Most of these people have had a hard time in life. They’re good people making wrong choices. And want to make changes and dont know how to do it without some kind of help. so here I am to help head everyone in the right direccions.
      Best wishes, Trevor,

  11. This is very great and unusual article. Those guys are already paid for their mistakes so they deserve a second chance in life and been haunted by their past. They need jobs to get integrated in the society again and live their live. I enjoyed the article very much. Great job

  12. Hi there! Great article! Thank you for taking time to share this article on employment opportunities for ex_felons,I must say I had fun going through this. This was very detailed and informative. Thanks for creating this awareness,m happy I came across this. I will surely share this with friends. Kind regards

    • Virtue, thank you, for your very kind comment, I have made this website to help people find employment opportunities. There are temp services that can be located across America.  Truck driving jobs, chefs amongst others. Nowadays employers are getting paid to hire felons, they are getting bonded in case something goes wrong. What I would like to see is that people put their talents to work for themselves. I am going to point them in the right direction to building their own business.

  13. Being a convicted felon is not an easy starting point getting a job and get back into normality after you have served your sentence. You have described some good alternatives for jobs that can provide a good salary if you want to invest the time in the job. Becoming an employee within the oil industry is a very good starting point, and you can advance quite quickly if you want to. The pay is also good, so you will be well provided as such.

In a long term perspective with the need for renewable and non-polluting energy, if you can select to work for an oil company that is also investing a lot into eco-friendly and renewable energy sources. By doing this, you will be positioned well to also benefit from the change into green energy! .

  14. Your article is great for many people who are looking everywhere for a job. Thanks for sharing such a piece of insight information for the job seekers to make the right choice.

You are right. The oil fields are looking for people all the time before COVID 19. Not sure how it is still the same. I have retired from the Petrochemical Industry since 2012. The other top four jobs are an excellent choice, and it is a necessity for our life. Experienced people from these four top jobs are highly valued by their employers unless you have a bad conduct issue.

You have written an excellent article giving useful information for every job to the readers. I can forward your posts to my friends who are looking everywhere for a job. Thank you very much.

    • Stephen Tan, thank you, for your comment. I know these jobs I listed are long hours hard labor. I am sure that people don’t want to be working in the heat and such long hours. I am going to introduce them to the jobs they can work from home or from anywhere in the world. My goal is to let them know that they have choices they can choose to keep paying someone else’s bills, and work paycheck to paycheck or learn how to become self sufficient make more money and have time to spend with family.
